Extensive Onboarding and Get to Know You
It’s important that we truly get to know you. We need to understand who you are and where you are so we can help get you to where you want to be. This includes everything from your body composition goals, nutrition and fitness all the way to the life so desire to achieve. We spend time getting to know all of our clients so we can curate a plan and path built just for you.


Custom Nutrition Plan
Nutrition and diet is not a one size fits all recipe (pun intended). We all have different dietary preferences and restrictions and the key to a sustainable weight loss lifestyle is finding a diet that fits you. We believe it is imperative to have a healthy relationship with food and the best way to do that is through developing a dietary lifestyle you can abide by for the rest of your life.
Custom Workout Plan
Just like nutrition, we all workout and exercise differently. We have different preferences and our goal is to help you develop a physical activity routine that you love (or can at least tolerate). For this reason, our staff personal trainer will work closely with you to build a routine that suits you and help guide you step by step, side by side, every bit of the way.

Routine Development
Routine is key to consistency and consistency is the key to long term success. Building habits and routines create a structure for your new identity to evolve and thrive so focusing on this aspect of lifestyle coaching we can help you to achieve the life you aspire to have.

Bi-Weekly Check ins
Accountability can be what makes or breaks a lifestyle change. We want you to be successful! We offer two check-in’s per week, one with your wellness coach and one with your personal trainer, to not only help you stay accountable but to work through any struggles and help you to problem solve any obstacles in your way to success.

Resources and Education
Understanding how you brain and body function and the interactions they have that shape your choices and ultimately your lifestyle give you more power to be successful. When you understand why we do things, how it works, and have the tools necessary to follow through with the changes you are making you will be more likely to stick to your plan and see your long term success.
