My Journey to Health and Why I’m Here to Help You
“I believe lasting fat loss is built on three key pillars: balanced nutrition, regular movement, and consistent habits. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution—but with the right guidance and support, long-term success is absolutely possible.”

Eight years ago, I made a decision that completely changed the course of my life. Like many people, I grew up without a strong understanding of nutrition or healthy habits. Fast food was a regular part of my routine, I didn’t know how to cook, and I often turned to food for emotional comfort. By the time I was 20, I weighed 200 pounds with 38% body fat—clinically obese, and on a path that felt unsustainable.
In 2019, as a mom of two young children, I found myself physically exhausted, emotionally drained, and increasingly concerned about my health and my future. With a family history of high cholesterol and heart disease, I knew I was headed toward long-term medical issues. But what concerned me most was the example I was setting for my kids. I wanted better for them—and I realized that to give them a healthy foundation, I had to create one for myself.
That was the turning point. I hired a personal trainer, changed my eating habits, and committed to a new lifestyle. Through consistency, discipline, and self-reflection, I lost 70 pounds, built lean muscle, and reduced my body fat to a healthy 20%. More importantly, I’ve maintained those results and built a life I’m proud of—one rooted in balance, strength, and sustainable health.
My own transformation sparked a deep passion for health and wellness. With over five years of experience in medical and wellness clinics, I’ve helped clients successfully navigate their weight loss journeys—from balancing hormones with the use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), working with various peptide therapies, and GLP-1 medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide. This specialized experience allows me to offer personalized coaching that complements medically guided protocols and supports long-term lifestyle change. In this time, I’ve continued to study metabolic health and nutrition, and I’ve developed a flexible, client-centered approach to coaching that emphasizes sustainability over quick fixes. To better serve the individuals who trust me with their goals, I’ve also earned certifications in nutrition and obtained my license as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, grounding my coaching in both personal experience and professional expertise.
I believe lasting fat loss is built on three key pillars: balanced nutrition, regular movement, and consistent habits. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution—but with the right guidance and support, long-term success is absolutely possible. I’m here to help you take that first step, and walk with you every step of the way.
